I have had the pleasure of meeting Shannon Thomas, owner of STR Transport Services. I used the service just recently and found it to be very reliable and comfortable. Communication was key from the beginning. The service pick up was exactly on time as scheduled & most reliable. My over-all experience was that of trust and comfort. I will continue to use STR for all my future transportation needs. I feel fortunate that this service is available and affordable. I feel like I have met a friend who truly cares & is compassionate. I have used STR Services on a few different occasions. I've never had to wait to be to be picked up and they have always gotten me to my appointments on time or earlier. They have always been helpful and courteous. They were always willing to accommodate any special requests or needs that I had. I will always use always use STR Transport services due to their helpful nature and caring attitude
